signature black tea is a blend originating from three different tea-rich countries- India, China, and Ceylon (now known as Sri Lanka). We love this tea for its versatility. Much like brunch which can be enjoyed any time of day, this is an outstanding all-day brew which can be steeped as a strong, malty, astringent tea with milk or as a light, delicate, and complex drink on its own.
When brewed as a light tea, we pick up on mellow, delicately smooth malt notes. As a stronger brew, slightly astringent tones seep through with a full bodied rich amber cup of tea.
How to Brew:
- Begin with filtered water
- water to 100 degrees Celsius. Add 1g of tea for every 100mls of water.
- Let it steep for 3 to 7 minutes depending on desired strength
- Pour into a cup through a strainer.
