The Living Barrel Vinegar

The Living Barrel is a project we have been working on for years. Did you know that there are many similarities with kombucha and vinegar microbiology? We wanted to further explore that know-how, thus The Living Barrel Vinegar Project was born. 

Small batch vinegars made start to finish in our Belfast brewery. All of which made from our living barrel mother culture and flavoured with local fruits and botanicals. A true connoisseur's condiment to dash, splash, or lash however you please.
