Recipe 001: This Green Tea vinegar is where it all began. We brewed green tea with our bold house culture into a uniquely fruity, floral vinegar that is good enough to sip on it's own.
Tasting notes of fruit and apples.
Use: As a rich replacement for ACV, over brussels sprouts, in a vinaigrette, or pour a shot in a glass of soda water.
Contents: 100mls Green tea wine & the Mother culture. Free from added sulphites.
