Recipe 006: Our small batch blueberry vinegar is very unique with its wonderful aroma and sweet blueberry notes.
You can add a dash to almost any dish to heighten its balance and complexity. Can be enjoyed as a shot diluted in sparkling water. This blueberry vinegar was made from start to finish in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Contents: 100mls Blueberry wine & the Mother culture. Free from added sulphites.
