You can add a dash to almost any dish to heighten its balance and complexity. Can be enjoyed as a shot diluted in sparkling water. This Summer Fruits vinegar was made from start to finish in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Contents: 100mls Strawberry, red currant, blackberry, cranberry, & raspberry wine & the Mother culture. Free from added sulphites.
