Peppermint tea is a popular un-caffeinated drink which can be enjoyed hot or cold. Our peppermint tea is grown in Washington State, USA which is ideal due to the soil and with the area's warm days and cool nights.
Digestive Health- In recent scientific studies, peppermint has been proven to aid in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms and aid in digestion troubles.
Migraines and tension headaches- According to Healthline studies, peppermint acts as a muscle relaxant and pain reliever, and it may diminish certain types of headaches. The menthol in peppermint oil increases blood flow and provides a cooling sensation, possibly easing pain.
Dental Hygiene- Peppermint oil has been shown to have antibacterial properties and kill germs that lead to bad breath. Peppermint tea, which contains peppermint oil, may help improve breath as well. Seasonal Allergies- Peppermint contains rosmarinic acid, which has been shown to reduce allergy symptoms, such as sneezing and runny nose

How to Brew:
- Begin with filtered water
- Heat water to 100 degrees Celsius. Add 1g of tea for every 100mls of water.
- Let it steep for 6 minutes or depending on desired strength
- Pour into a cup through a strainer.
