Recipe 004: We aged this bold, fruity vinegar for an entire year in Irish whiskey, ex bourbon, oak barrels.
A unique and specially fermented green tea made with our award winning natural living barrel vinegar mother and left to rest 12 months in ex-Jim Beam barrels recently used for Irish whiskey production.
It captures all of the floral notes of our original Green Tea Vinegar with a sweet bourbon finish.
Use: As a rich replacement for ACV, over brussels sprouts, in a vinaigrette, or pour a shot in a glass of soda water.
Contents: 100mls Green tea wine & the Mother culture. Free from added sulphites.
