No fake syrups please! Chai tea has really taken off in the last few years, present in every coffee shop but unfortunately most use a syrup or mix with flavourings, artificial sweeteners, and additives. We decided to create a blend that we would want to drink which has no artificial junk- just real whole ingredients. It can be enjoyed black, or traditionally is mixed with equal parts milk and water and sweetened lightly.
Ingredients:
Black tea, *cinnamon, *ginger, *cardamom, *cloves, *black pepper.

Tasting Notes:
Strong, aromatic, warming spices with velvety black tea roundness.
2 ways to Brew:
For traditional milky chai: Use 1-1.5g tea per 100mls of boiling water. Simmer on stove using equal parts milk and water for up to 20 minutes. Strain, sweeten if preferred, and enjoy.
For black chai: Use 1-1.5g tea per 100mls. Brew using boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
